Every week on our Active Chicks App, we assign you 3-4 new workouts to complete. 

All the classes are under 30 mins and are just like training with us in person. 

We create smart and effective workouts to get you the best results in the shortest amount of times. 


You will also get access to our online facebook group for support from all of our members who are in person OR online. 

Our app allows you to log your progress, sync to popular fitness watches and also to myfitness pal for those who like to log their food. 

All you need is: 

A set of dumbbells between 3-6kg, a yoga mat and a skipping rope. 

Booty bands and kettlebells are optional extras.
